Decision: Architecture rules and patterns shipped as agent skills instead of docs, so every change follows the same design, whoever writes it.
Decision: Tool-agnostic: works with Claude Code, OpenCode and Pi alike.
Built: Skills, patterns and the harness that delivers them.
